Tehran, SANA-Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif affirmed that the guarantor states of Astana process exert tireless efforts to solve the crisis in Syria, yet the US tries to hinder these efforts.
In a speech delivered on Monday, Zarif said “The world today has changed in comparison with the past as the West used to decide all the significant developments, but nowadays our modern world is beyond the West as the events which are taking place contradict with the Western perspective or the Western states don’t have a role in some decisions.”
Zarif considered that the lack of diplomacy is so expensive and it couldn’t be fruitful as “we are continuing to develop our capabilities on different levels, in addition to the diplomacy and as we achieved fruitful outcomes in the past, we will make achievements in various domains.
