Hasaka, SANA- The Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) Organization, Hasaka Branch started to distribute 11,650 food baskets among the affected and needy families.
Supervisor of the distribution processes at the branch Mohammad Rasoul old SANA’s reporter that the processes of distributing the food baskets provided by the World Food Program (WFP) will continue till Feb. 23rd in cooperation with the Relief Sub-committee.
Rasoul added that the food baskets will be distributed among the needy families and the families of the martyrs, in addition to the people who have chronic diseases and the disabled in Hasaka City and its countryside.
Over the past period, SARC has distributed wheat seeds and fertilizers among farmers as a grant by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
