Rainfalls in most provinces, temperatures below average

Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will continue to drop to become from 2 to 4 degrees below average as the country is affected by a weak low air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.

Meteorology Department expected in its Sunday bulletin that the skies will be cloudy to cloudy in general and showers will fall over different areas across the country, warning against fog over the mountains and some inland areas.

The wind will be westerly to southwesterly with a light to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low to medium in height.

Various amounts of rainfalls have been registered in a number of Syrian provinces over the past 24 hours as follows: Damascus and its countryside 8mm, Sweida 10 mm, Daraa 10 mm, Quneitra 10 mm, Homs 33 mm, Hama 30 mm, Tartous 49 mm, Lattakia 15 mm, Idleb 22 mm, Aleppo 15 mm and in Hasaka 10 mm.
