Baghdad, SANA- Iraqi Foreign Minister Mohammad Ali al-Hakim on Sunday discussed with his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif cooperation between the two countries and means to support Syria in the face of terrorism.
During a joint press conference with Zarif, al-Hakim noted that during the meeting, both sides discussed their countries’ support to Syria and means to restore security and stability to every inch of its territories.
For his part, Zarif affirmed that Iran and Iraq are adhered to preserving Syria’s territorial integrity and that they support the country to eliminate terrorism.
He described the Iranian-Iraqi relation as “very strong” , indicating that no one is allowed to interfere in them.
