Sweida, Daraa SANA – Material damage was caused on Tuesday due to a terrorist mortar attack in Sweida countryside.
SANA reporter in Daraa said that Jabhat al-Nusra-affiliated terrorist groups shelled residential neighborhoods in Daraa injuring a civilian in al-Matar neighborhood, in addition to causing huge material damage to the houses.
In Sweida southwestern countryside, SANA’s reporter said that terrorists positioned in the eastern countryside of Daraa targeted with a mortar round al-Mjimar village in the southwestern countryside of Sweida, causing material damage to a house.
The reporter added that army units responded to the attack by targeting the area from which the shell was launched, destroying mortar launchers and fortified points for terrorists and killing scores of them.
