Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will notably drop to become from 2 to 5 degrees below average as the country is affected by a low air pressure accompanied by a cold and wet air mass.
Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be partly cloudy to cloudy in general and thundershowers will fall over different areas across the country and the rains will be heavy sometimes.
The wind will be westerly to southwesterly with a moderate speed and active gusts sometimes while the sea waves will be low to medium in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 24/10, Daraa 24/9, Homs 26/10, Lattakia 25/14, Aleppo 25/10 and Deir Ezzor 32/12.
