Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will rise to become above average by 5 to 8 degrees as the country is affected by a superficial high air pressure accompanied by western air streams in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the skies will be clear in general, some scattered clouds will appear. The weather will be misty in eastern areas, al-Jazira and al-Badia (desert).
The winds will be western to southeasterly of light moderate speed and the sea waves will be low to moderate in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 28/12, Daraa 27/13, Homs 25/14, Hama 27/13, Lattakia 23/16, Aleppo 24/13 and Deir Ezzor 28/14.
