Astana, SANA – The Kazakh Foreign Ministry announced on Monday that the 8th Astana meeting on the crisis in Syria will be held on December 21 and 22.
In a statement, the Ministry said that the participants in the upcoming Astana meeting are planning to discuss the work of the de-escalation zones and to adopt a joint statement on humanitarian action for demining in Syria.
The Kazakh capital hosted 7 rounds of the Syrian-Syrian dialogue, the latest of which having been concluded on October 31.
