Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will remain around average as the country is affected by an Indian seasonal low air pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Tuesday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and that rain showers might fall over the coastal mountains while the weather will be misty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badiya “desert” areas, meanwhile, the weather will be relatively cold at night in the coastal mountains.
The wind will be changeable to northwesterly with a low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 33/17, Daraa 30/16, Homs 32/17, Lattakia 30/20, Aleppo 321/18 and Deir Ezzor 36/22.
