Damascus, SANA- Varying amounts of rainfalls have been witnessed in several provinces across the country.
According to the Meteorology Department, the heaviest amounts of rainfall were witnessed in al-Mesherfeh area in Damascus Countryside (8,3 mm).
The Department’s bulletin for Thursday expected temperatures to remain around average as the country is affected by superficial low air pressure accompanied by northwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general, with continued chance for rain showers over coastal, northern and al-Jazeera areas.
The wind will be easterly and changeable of low speed, while the sea waves will be low in amplitude.
The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 13/04, Daraa 14/05, Homs 13/03, Hama 15/05, Lattakia 17/11, Aleppo 13/04, and Deir Ezzor 15/04.
