Amnesty decree No. 15 extended for three months

Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad on Thursday issued the legislative decree No. 32 for the year 2016 extending the validity of the legislative decree No. 15 which was issued on 28,7,2016 for three months.

The legislative decree No. 15 stipulates for granting an amnesty for those who turn themselves in to the competent authorities and lay down their weapons and those who set free in a safe way persons they kidnapped.
