Damascus, SANA-Assistant Regional Secretary of al-Baath Arab Socialist Party Hilal al-Hilal said on Monday that national and pan-Arab stances of the Syrian leadership are firm and principled, adding that Damascus doors will still open to all Arab honest and free men.
Al-Hilal, meeting Chairman of Mauritanian Rafah party Mohammad Wild Fal, hailed the courageous stances of the party and all other parties in Mauritania towards events in Syria.
He affirmed that relations between the peoples in Syria and Mauritania are strong and deeply rooted in all fields, pointing out to al-Baath party’s will to establish best relations with the Mauritanian national parties.
Chairman of the Mauritanian Rafah party, for his part, said that Syria defends the Arab nation through the war it carries on, appreciating the wise leadership of President Bashar al-Assad and the Syrian Arab army.
