Sweida, SANA – The authorities in Sweida seized on Wednesday evening a large amount of medicines in the southern countryside of the province.
The medicines were bound for terrorist organizations operating in the eastern countryside of the neighboring Daraa province
A source at Sweida Governorate told SANA that the car carrying the drugs was seized in an ambush on Kanaker road, noting that the medicines confiscated are worth almost SYP 2 million.
On April 3, another car laden with a large quantity of medicines bound for the terrorist organizations in Daraa eastern countryside was seized by the authorities in Sweida, in cooperation with the popular defense groups.
