Tehran, SANA – Iranian Assistant Foreign Minister for Arab and African Affairs Hossein Amir Abdullahian described as “not constructive” the role of the Saudi Arabia in the latest developments in the region, especially in Iraq and Syria.
In an interview to al-Alam TV on Sunday, Abdullahian said the Saudi officials tend to issue media statements instead of holding a serious and transparent dialogue over issues of the region.
He stressed that if any country was destabilized, all neighboring countries would not be safe or stable.
