Syria strongly condemns stances of Saudi Foreign Minister

Damascus, SANA – An official source at the Foreign and Expatriates Ministry said that Syria strongly condemns the stances announced by the Saudi Foreign Minister which exposed fully the destructive role of his Wahabi kingdom in the aggression on Syria.

The source said in a statement to SANA that the medieval Saudi regime, which lacks any constitutional legitimacy and whose hands are stained with the blood of Syrian and Yemeni civilians, should be the last to talk about legitimacy because it lacks any semblance of it.

The source pointed out that it is common knowledge that ISIS was born from the Saudi regime’s mentality in practice, and they share the mentality and practices of beheading, dismemberment, and flogging in the name of Islam.

The source said that the Saudi regime’s course of providing all sorts of support to terrorist group in Syria, which is due to the organic nature of the relations connecting them, constitutes a serious threat to regional and international security, and it’s imperative to put a stop to the destructive behavior of the Saudi regime.

The source went on to say that the Saudi regime’s role, which runs counter to the interests of the Arab and Islamic nations, has become clear, and it’s not an exaggeration to say that the Saudi regime is the cause and origin of the state of breakdown, division, fatigue, and systematic vandalism currently affecting the Arab scene.

The source asserted that the Syrian people and army are more determined than ever to defeating the aggression of Saudi-backed terrorists and to preserving Syria’s unity of land and people and its independent decision making, affirming that Syria will always be true to its history, immune to conspirators, and a defender of the interests of its people and naiton.
