Damascus, SANA The Central Bank of Syria (CBS) on Wednesday set the exchange rate of the USD against the SYP at 271.29 for banks and at SYP 271.35 for currency exchange companies.

The USD exchange rate for transfers was set at SYP 275.

The CBS set the exchange rate of the Euro against the SYP at 296.62 for banks and 296.68 for currency exchange companies and 307.55 for transfers.

Tuesday’s exchange rate of the USD against the SYP was 271.33 for banks.
