Damascus Countryside, SANA – Members of the International Peace Activists Group delegation, who are participating in the “Syria, To Reconstruction” conference organized by Damascus University, visited the towns of Maaloula and Sednaya in Damascus Countryside.
In Maaloula, the delegation witnessed the damage caused by terrorists to St. Thecla Monetary and St. Serkis and St. Bacchus Church and to locals’ homes, with the delegation members denouncing the terrorist crimes and calling for halting all support for terrorist organizations.
During their visit to Sednaya, the delegation members attended a ceremony paying tribute to the locals who were killed when terrorists shelled the town.
