Damascus, SANA Interior Minister Mohammad al- Shaar affirmed on Wednesday that Syria will remain strong and it is committed to combating terrorism until restoring security and stability to all Syrian territories.
“The purpose behind targeting Syria is to destroy it and eliminate its role which confronts all plots in the region and defends the nation’s interests,” al-Shaar, meeting newly-graduate officers, said.
He appreciated the role of policemen in protecting the lives of citizens and their properties.
