Homs, SANA-Engineer Mustafa Abdul Razzaq, Minister of Public Works and Housing, inspected Saturday the restoration work on al-Rastan Bridge in Homs Countryside.
During the visit, he met with the workers, listened to their insights regarding the completed phases, the current state of work, and the key challenges encountered. He commended their dedication and efforts in accomplishing the work.
The minister emphasized the need to complete the restoration work in the shortest possible time, highlighting the bridge’s importance as a vital roadway integral to various aspects of daily life.
He stressed the necessity of overcoming all obstacles and simultaneously tackling multiple work fronts to expedite the task as swiftly as possible.
Abdul Razzaq stated that all necessary resources for the project—such as nighttime lighting, fuel, and others—would be provided.
He emphasized mobilizing all possible efforts and advocated for supporting the public sector, encouraging a shift in the previously held perceptions about it.
