Cabinet addresses files of salaries and improvement of living standards

Damascus, SANA-The Cabinet on Tuesday addressed many issues related to the citizens’ daily life, including the improvement of the living standards, the situation of salaries and wages for the State employees and restructuring the mechanism of subsidies to ensure they are delivered to the deserved people.

The Cabinet, during its weekly session, chaired by Premier Hussein Arnous, instructed to increase support given to the health, education and social care sectors.

It studied many scenarios proposed to deal with the oil file and curb the increase in the State budget deficit.
