President al-Assad issues decree on amending article no.28 of Civil Status Act

Damascus, SANA-President Bashar al-Assad issued Thursday a decree on amending article No.28 of the Civil Status Act.

According to the decree, it is not permissible to register a child from an unregistered marriage until marriage been duly recorded.
