Moscow, SANA-Russian presidential spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, announced that President Vladimir Putin discussed with members of the Russian Security Council the special military operation to protect Donbass, as well as negotiations between Moscow and Kyiv.
“Participants in the meeting discussed several issues and they affirmed the need for a counter-reaction to acts of IT damage and other acts by the Ukrainian side as the case in Bucha City” Peskov said, as quoted by Russia Today website.
