CBS Governor: Bank dealers can raise daily allowed cash withdrawal

Hama, SANA- Governor of Central Bank of Syria (CBS), Muhammad Issam Hazima, on Saturday announced that the owners of activities whose work nature requires huge daily withdrawals  can apply for the approval from the bank they deal with to raise the daily withdrawal specified by SYP 2 million as per a written request.

Meeting a number of economic and administrative activities in Hama province, on the occasion of inaugurating a new branch of the bank in Hama , Hazima clarified that raising the daily withdrawal limit for the depositors of the banks operating in Syria will be linked later with the electronic pay as there is no limit to the electronic payments.
