Damascus, SANA- Students of the Syrian Scientific Olympiad Team have achieved two bronze medals and two certificates of appreciation in the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) been remotely conducted by Russia on July 19th and 20th with a worldwide participation from the most developed counties that have extensive experience at IMO.
Distinction and Creativity Agency said in a statement that the two bronze medals were achieved by Alaa al-Deen Mohammed and Mohammed Fouad al-Moein from Aleppo, whereas the certificates of appreciation were obtained by Al-Hussein Khaleel from Tartous and Khaled Rajjoub from Homs.
This result comes through the 13th participation of Syria in this world’s largest scientific entitlement in Mathematics.
