Damascus, SANA- Temperatures will gradually rise, yet they will remain from 1 to 2 degrees below average as the country is affected by a superficial high air pressure accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Monday bulletin that the skies will be clear in general with some scattered clouds, while the weather will be cold at night, warning against fog in parts of the inland region and in Damascus Ghouta.
The wind will be of changeable direction and low speed, and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 18/7, Daraa 17/6, Homs 17/5, Lattakia 20/9, Aleppo 18/5 and Deir Ezzor 21/8.
