Health Ministry: 96 new coronavirus cases recorded, 76 patients recover, 9 pass away

Damascus, SANA- The Health Ministry on Monday announced that 96 new coronavirus cases were recorded in Syria, adding that 76 coronavirus patients recovered and 9 others passed away.

In a statement, the Ministry noted that the total number of the coronavirus cases registered in Syria have reached up to 13,132 of which 6,624 have recovered and 841 have passed away.

The first coronavirus case was recorded in Syria on March 22^nd last year in a person who came from abroad while the first coronavirus death was reported on the 29^th of the same month.
