Damascus, SANA- Temperature remains higher than annual average as the country is affected by a weak high pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin the weather be warm and between clear to partially cloudy in general while the wind will be southeastern and the height of the waves will be low.
Tomorrow, the weather will be partially cloudy in general as clouds will spread over the coastal and northwestern areas and rain showers accompanied with thunder are expected, while the temperature will remain higher than average.
Rainfalls in provinces over the past 24 hours were registered as follows: 34 mm in Lattakia, 15 mm in Hama, and 7 mm in Tartous.
