Damascus, SANA- People’s Assembly on Thursday discussed the performance of the Ministry of Health and issues related to its work during a session headed by Hammouda Sabbagh, Speaker of the Assembly.
In his speech at the beginning of the session, Minister of Health, Dr. Hassan al-Ghabash, referred to the measures taken to address the Corona pandemic, including the adoption of laboratories to conduct a (PCR) analysis of Corona more in the governorates of Aleppo, Homs, Lattakia, and the Jdeidat Yabous border crossing center.
A number of MPs affirmed the need to tighten control over analyzes and drug prices, secure anesthesia and ophthalmic drugs and cancer, and re-study the pricing of medical services.
