Moscow, SANA- A work meeting was held on Monday between a Syrian delegation, headed by Presidential Affairs Minister, Mansour Azzam, and a Russian delegation that comprises the Ministries of Economic Development, foreign Affairs, energy, industry, trade, finance and agriculture.
The meeting, which was held at the building of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, dealt with the practical and executive steps that should be taken to complete projects of cooperation which were agreed upon between the two sides during the visit of Russian Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, and the Russian governmental delegation to Damascus recently and their meeting with President Bashar al- Assad.
The talks also focused on cooperation projects in the commercial, Agriculture and industry sectors, as well as energy, transport and water and means of enhancing the requirements of the domestic market stability of essential materials for both consumption and production baskets in light of the difficulties in the Syrian market because of the unjust economic sanctions imposed on Syria.
