Provinces, SANA – Two civilians, one a child, were killed and two children were wounded in a terrorist attack with two mortar shells on al-Wafideen Camp in Damascus Countryside.
A source at the Police Command told SANA reporter that the terrorists fired two mortar shells, one of which landed near al-Bara’em kindergarten while the other one fell in the graveyard near Tishreen neighborhood in the Camp.
The attack resulted in the killing of two civilians, one of them is a 9-year-old child, and the injury of two children, in addition to causing material damage to the site, the source added.
Homs
In the same conext, four civilians were injured when terrorists fired two mortar shells on al-Ghouta neighborhood in the city of Homs.
SANA reporter quoted a source in the central province as saying that the two shells landed in al- Malaab Street in al-Ghouta, located near al-Waer neighborhood, leaving four citizens injured who were transferred to a nearby hospital to receive treatment.
Huge material damage was caused to several houses and cars due to the terrorist attack, the source added.
