Damascus Countryside, SANA – A civilian was killed Tuesday in an explosive device planted by terrorists at al-Nazihin neighborhood in the city of Qudsaiya, Damascus Countryside.
A source at Damascus Countryside Police Command told SANA reporter that a dustman was killed in an explosive device planted in a container near Khaled bin al-Walid institute for juveniles in the neighborhood.
The source pointed out that members of engineering units dismantled 4 other explosive devices which were found in containers surrounding the compound of the juveniles institutes in the neighborhood.
On Friday,a mortar shell fired by terrorists hit al-Abassiyeen residential area in Damascus, wounding a civilian and causing material damage to the residents’ properties.
