Parliament approves bill on regulating judicial records

Damascus, SANA – A bill on regulating paper and electronic legal registers and records was passed and became law.

The approval came during a session of the People’s Assembly on Thursday.

Minister of Justice Najm al-Ahmad said the law came in the framework of the process of automating judicial and administrative work and regulating registers in light of the absence of the legislation necessary to that effect.
