Moscow, SANA-Russian Defense Ministry announced on Monday downing a drone, coming from the sea-side, near Hmeimem airbase in Lattakia countryside.

“Pantsir S missiles destroyed a target near Hmeimem airbase without causing any causalities or material damages,” the Ministry said in a statement.

Earlier, SANA reporter said that ant-air defense systems confronted drones launched by terrorists towards near Hmeimem airbase.
