Damascus, SANA-The temperatures will gradually drop, yet they will remain from 2 to 4 degrees above average in most areas as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by a high air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the weather will be hot and the skies will be clear in general with some scattered clouds while the weather will be misty and very hot in the eastern, al-Jazeera and the Badia “semi desert” regions and the humidity will be high in the western and the southern areas in the morning.
The wind will be westerly to southwesterly with a low to moderate speed and it will become active sometimes while the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 39/21, Daraa 36/21, Homs 33/21, Lattakia 31/26, Aleppo 38/22 and Deir Ezzor 45/28.
