Baghdad, SANA-Syria’s national football team tied with Yemen counterpart 1-1 in its second match held today within West Asia championship in Iraq.
Yemen scored in the 47th minute of the game through player Mohen Hassan Qarawi while Syria tied through Firas al-Khateb at the 61st minute.
The Syrian team lost to Lebanon 1-2 in the first match of the championship.
