Damascus, SANA-President Bashar al-Assad issued on Thursday legislative decree No. 12 for 2018 granting the delegate 6 months to complete his/ her procedures of appointment if he or she has got the requested scientific qualification in the decision of delegation after March 15^th, 2011 and before the issuance of this decree in specified cases.
