Damascus, SANA – The Arab Center for the Studies of Arid Zones and Drylands (ACSAD) in cooperation with the Ministries of Agriculture, Local Administration and Environment, and Damascus countryside governorate provided on Tuesday quantities of various food and citrus for a number of the accommodation centers in support of the citizens of Ghouta who are liberated recently from terrorism.
ACSAD General Manager, Rafiq Ali Saleh, said in a press statement that the initiative, carried out by the center, aims to support the resilience of Syrian people who left their homes at Eastern Ghouta. He also expressed ACSAD gratitude to Syria.
The evacuation of civilians trapped by the terrorist organizations in Eastern Ghouta of Damascus countryside continues through the safe corridors identified by the Syrian Arab Army, where units of the army, in cooperation with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent, are providing them with the necessary facilities to meet their needs.
