Army directs severe blows to terrorists in several areas

Provinces, SANA_ Army units targeted Friday a number of terrorists, inflicting heavy losses upon them  in several areas.

Army units pressed ahead with operations against terrorists in Damascus countryside and destroyed a truck with all terrorists and weapons inside it in Kanaker town.

According to a military source, another unit targeted terrorists’ den in Beit Jann town, killing and injuring many of them.

A military source said that army units advanced in al-Dukhaniye area from several directions and assumed control of the majority of the neighborhood, cornering the remaining terrorists in a small area after eliminating many of their cohorts.

Scores of terrorists were also eliminated in the nearby Ein Tarma valley in a series of operations, including Riyad al-Qasir, Fadi Laqis, and Mohammad al-Samadi.

In Jobar, the army destroyed terrorist hideouts along with the weapons and ammo inside them and eliminated a number of terrorists, most of them non Syrians such as Saudi terrorist Abdullah al-Matiri, Palestinian Jamal Baidoun, and Libyan Mohammad Saqraq.

More terrorists including Riyad al-Tabbaneh were eliminated in an operation carried out by an army unit in the town of Erbin, while another unit eliminated many terrorist from the Islam Brigade terrorist organizations in Douma, including Imad al-Lakkeh, Bashar Sabiha, and Taha al-Rezz, in addition to eliminating five terrorists in Saqba, one of whom was identified as Ahmad Walid.

In al-Qalamoun Mountains, army units clashed with terrorists in Mira valley in the wilderness of Qara and in the wilderness of al-Msharfeh, destroying two of their vehicles along with the weapons and ammo inside them and leaving many terrorists dead or injured.

In Aleppo, units of the armed forces continued their operations against gatherings of terrorists in several areas in the city and countryside, inflicting heavy losses upon them in personnel and equipment.

A military source told SANA reporter that army units destroyed five cars, killing the terrorists and destroying the weapons aboard in Hamimeh and Retya.

Large numbers of terrorists were killed in the areas of al-Ashrafiyeh, al-Bab, Kafr Hamra, Qubtan al-Jabal, Khan Touman, al-Ramouseh, the Old city of Aleppo and Bani Zaid.

In the same context, SANA reporter in the northern province said that the army killed scores of terrorists and wounded others in Mare’, Hreitan, Kafrnaha, Qasr al-Malazi, Jeb Ali, al-Lairamon and to west of al-Nairab Airport. The terrorists’ equipment were destroyed during the operations.

Army units destroyed terrorists’ hideouts in al-Rashideen area in the city of Aleppo, inflicting heavy losses upon them.

Army units destroyed a large cache of ammo and a concentration of terrorists’ vehicles, eliminating a large number of terrorists near al-Saadi Company and Rima Company on the road between Aleppo, al-Zarba, and Saraqeb.

An army unit destroyed a hideout used by terrorist group leaders in Bustan al-Qaser in Aleppo, eliminating many terrorists.

Another army unit targeted a large gathering of terrorists in Karm Da’da’ near al-Hajj bridge in Aleppo, eliminating many terrorists including leaders and destroying a number of their vehicles.

Other units thwarted terrorists’ attempt to sneak from al-Wa’er neighborhood into al-Muhandessin roundabout in Homs, eliminating a number of them, injuring others and destroying their weapons and ammunition.

The army targeted and destroyed terrorists’ concentrations in Deir Fuul and Qasr Ibn Wardan in  Homs countryside, leaving scores of terrorists dead or injured.

In Quneitra in southern Syria, army units targeted terrorists’ gatherings and hideouts in the groves of al-Khazragieh  in Sa’sa’, al-Samadanieh al-Gharbieh, Rasm al-Shouli, Jabata al-Khashab in Qunaitera countryside, leaving big numbers of them dead and wounded.

According to the source, terrorists were killed and wounded also in the vicinity of al-Alam roundabout and public relations tower and the area surrounding the bank in Quneitra as their vehicles and a number of cars equipped with heavy machine guns were destroyed.

Army unit also killed many terrorists, injured others and destroyed their equipment in Akraba, al-Hejjeh, al-Sweiseh, Nabe’ al-Sakhr, Tal Antar, Tal Qreen and Tal al-Allaqiyeh in the countryside of the  province.

Army unit killed a number of terrorists and wounded others in the area surrounding al-Ghezlan farm in the countryside of the southern province of Daraa. The terrorists’ weapons were destroyed in the operation.

Other army units killed and injured a number of terrorists in the vicinity of Aisha Mosque in Nawa, at the intersection of Samlin-Zamren, and in Tel al-Alakieh in the countryside.

A military source told SANA that an army unit killed and injured scores of terrorists in the area surrounding al-Ghouzlan farms in Daraa countryside, destroying their weapons and ammunition.

A military source told SANA that the army units target dens
and gatherings of terrorists in the areas surrounding al-Ashtar Mosque and Qasr al-Sharkas and in al-Zafaraniyeh village in al-Rastan and in Um Sahreej in the eastern countryside of Homs, killing scores of the terrorists and injuring others, in addition to destroying a car they were using.

The source said the army eliminated and injured terrorists in Daraa al-Balad, al-Lajat and Atman areas in Daraa countryside.

A military source told SANA that the operations were carried out in the areas of Koureen, Fayloun, Sermin, Kfarlata, Qmeinas, Tal Denet, Tal Kreima, Kfar Haya, N’heia, Kfar Najd, al-Houteh, al- Baraghiti, Abu al-Duhour, Tal Minnes and Kfar Sajneh in the countryside of Idleb.

The source confirmed that scores of terrorists were killed and others were injured and a number of their cars which were equipped with heavy
machine guns were destroyed in the operations.

The source added that another army unit destroyed a workshop which terrorists were using for making explosive devices in Babila, leaving all the
terrorists inside it dead and wounded.

The army destroyed terrorists’ weapons and ammunition caches in the areas of al-Dana,  Saraqeb, Khan Sheikhoun, Kifr Nubbul, and al-Habeit in Idleb countryside, and killed all terrorists in them.

The army units targeted terrorists’ gatherings and hideouts in the areas of Kifr Zaita, Morek,  and Latmeen in Hama countryside, killing and injuring many terrorists.

In Raqqa, a military source said the army units targeted ISIS hideouts and gatherings in Raqqa province, adding that huge number of  terrorists, the majority of them of non-Syrian nationalities, were killed in the process.
