Damascus, SANA- Temperatures tend to rise to become above average by 3 to 5 degrees as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by southwesterly air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the skies will be partly cloudy in general, rain showers are expected over various areas.
The winds will be of changeable direction to southeasterly with a low speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 14/7, Daraa 16/8, Homs 16/5, Lattakia 22/10, Aleppo 15/7 and Deir Ezzor 18/8.
