Damascus, SANA- Temperatures continue to rise to become by 6 to 9 degrees above average as the country is affected by a high air pressure in all layers of the atmosphere.
Meteorology Department expected in its Friday bulletin that the weather will be warm and stable in general with some scattered clouds while it will be misty in the eastern and al-Badyia (desert) areas.
The wind will be of changeable to southeasterly with a low speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
The expected temperatures in some major cities will be as follows: Damascus 23/10, Daraa 23/11, Homs 20/7, Lattakia 23/14, Aleppo 20/7 and Deir Ezzor 23/9.
