Damascus Countryside, SANA_ Units of the Syrian Arab Army, in cooperation with popular defense groups, have continued pursuing  Jabhat al-Nusra  terrorists  towards  Beit Jinn farm and  their movements on Tel Marwan and Mughr al-Meer in southwestern Damascus.

SANA reporter said that, during the past few hours, the army units carried out an operation on Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists’ positions  on the direction of al-Kenayat/Tallet Amer in the vicinity of Tal Ahmar, northeast of Harfa village to the south of Beit Jann farm.

The reporter added that the clashes have so far resulted in seizing control over al-Kenayat site after eliminating Daesh terrorists from it and destroying their dens, weapons and equipment.

The reporter said that army units, in cooperation with the popular defense groups, engaged in violent clashes with Jabhat al-Nusra-linked terrorist groups  on the direction of Tel Marwan / Mughr al-Meer and al-Manbij Spring near Beit Jinn farm which resulted in the elimination of a number of terrorists and the destruction of their weapons and equipment.
