Updated-300 gunmen and some of their family members leave al-Waer neighborhood

Homs, SANA- Over the past 24 hours more than 300 gunmen and scores of their family members who reject the reconciliation agreement left al-Waer neighborhood within the last batch of gunmen in the neighborhood.

SANA reporter in Homs said that on Saturday morning 15 buses carrying 553 persons onboard including 150 gunmen left al-Waer neighborhood heading for Idleb and Jarablous cities under the supervision of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent “SARC”, the Russian military police and the internal security forces.

The reporter added that 347 persons on Friday left the neighborhood including 158 gunmen who rejected the reconciliation agreement heading for al-Dar al-Kabira in the northern countryside of Homs central province.

The reporter added that the evacuation of the last batch of gunmen who reject the reconciliation agreement is continued and after the last batch will be completely evacuated from the neighborhood, the internal security forces will enter the neighborhood to preserve security in it along with the maintenance workshops which will start to rehabilitate it.
