Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will continue to rise to become from 4 to 6 degrees above average as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by southwestern air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the weather will be relatively hot and the skies will be clear in general while the weather will be misty in the eastern, al-Jazeera and al-Badiya desert areas.
The wind will be changeable to southeasterly with a low to moderate speed and the sea waves will be low in height.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will rise and be 5 to 7 degrees above average as the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and will become cloudy in the evening, and local rain showers are expected over the coastal and northwestern areas.
The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 33/17, Daraa 32/18, Homs 31/17, Lattakia 28/18, Aleppo 32/16, and Deir Ezzor 36/20.
