Geneva, SANA – Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari said in a statement that “we strike terrorism wherever it exists in cooperation with our neighbor Syria,” affirming that what harms Syria harms Iraq.
Al-Jaafari told Syrian media in Geneva on Wednesday that “we are the ones who have been fighting terrorism for years regardless of states’ positions towards it, and any understanding from states of the danger posed by terrorism and the priority of fighting it is welcome.”
He also gave advice to Turkey that terrorism will affect everyone.
