Damascus, SANA-People’s Assembly on Monday held a session chaired by Speaker Hadiyeh Abbas, discussing the performance of the Justice Ministry and issues related to its work.
The MPs called for automating the work in the courts of all cities and facilitating the litigation procedures and speeding up hearings and deciding in the lawsuits.
Replying question raised by MPs about murders of military personnel and civilians, the deliberate destruction of infrastructure, rape and cut off water and other terrorist crimes, Justice Minister Najm al-Ahmad stressed that all these crimes are war crimes and that the Ministry of Justice will take legal actions against states, international organizations or individuals who have contributed to the Syrian bloodshed.
As for the processes of selling and purchasing real estate in unsafe areas, the Minister said that any sale, purchase or transfer of ownership or disposal or exploit in these areas are absolutely null and void, illegal with no value.
