People’s Assembly salutes the steadfastness of citizens in occupied Golan against Israeli occupation practices

Damascus, SANA- People’s Assembly saluted on Thursday the steadfastness of our people in occupied Syrian Golan, their adherence to their land in confronting the Israeli occupation, and their rejection of its settlement scheme to establish wind turbines on their agricultural lands.

“Syrian people of occupied Golan adhere to their Syrian identity and confirm their steadfastness and struggle against the usurping entity of Israel until liberating all the occupied Golan,” said Speaker Hammpuda Sabbagh.

The Speaker and members of the Assembly hailed the resistance of Golan citizens against the continued Israeli aggressive practices, which flagrantly violate international law, and the relevant UN resolutions, especially UN Security Council Resolution No. 497 of 198.
