Damascus, SANA – Temperatures remain below average as the country is affected by a low air pressure accompanied by a wet air mass in all layers of the atmosphere.

The Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that it will be cloudy and rainy in most areas, noting that there will be heavy rainfalls accompanied with thunder sometimes, particularly in the coastal and central regions.

The winds will be southwesterly of medium speed, while the sea waves will be medium in amplitude.

The expected temperatures in some main Syrian cities are as follows: Damascus 14/06, Daraa 20/07, Homs 13/02, Hama 15/01, Lattakia 18/13, Aleppo 12/04
and Deir Ezzor 19/08.
