Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will remain near average in most areas as the country is affected by a superficial low air pressure accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Thursday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general while the wind will be changeable to northwesterly with a light to moderate speed and the sea waves will be medium in height.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will slightly drop to become around average and the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general.
The expected temperatures in some of the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 20/08, Daraa 20/08, Homs 20/08, Lattakia 23/14, Aleppo 20/09 and Deir Ezzor 22/10.
