Damascus, SANA- The temperatures will gradually drop to become around average as the country is still affected by a low air pressure coming from the southeast and accompanied by western air currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere.
The Meteorology Department expected in its Wednesday bulletin that the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and local rain showers are expected in the coastal mountains and some of the northwestern areas while the weather will be misty in the eastern and al-Badiya “desert” areas.
The wind will be westerly to southwesterly with a light to moderate speed and the sea waves will be medium in height.
Tomorrow, the temperatures will continue to drop to become blow average and the skies will be clear to partly cloudy in general and local rain showers are expected in some of the northern areas, the coastal mountains and al-Jazeera area.
The expected temperatures in the major Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 33/17, Daraa 33/19 Homs 31/19, Lattakia 30/21, Aleppo 33/19 and Deir Ezzor 36/21.
