Humanitarian aid arrives to Hasaka province

 

Hasaka, SANA- Two aircrafts carrying humanitarian assistance sent from the World Food Program (WFP) arrived in Hasaka on Sunday evening.

Director of the WFP in Qamishli Afraa Noh told SANA in a statement that the two aircrafts carried 1500 food baskets, 1500 rice bags, 1500 bulgur wheat bags and 600 packages of oil.

Noh added that the total number of the food packages arrived in Hasaka since 19th of last July reached 21,000 packages.

WFP plan has started since the 9th of last July and is aimed at delivering 30,000 food baskets through air lift.
